We are at the Ridgewood townhome site in Burke Mountain, Coquitlam. This brand new development by Polygon Homes is anticipated to open their display homes in March 2025.
Ridgewood has a collection of 101 farm inspired townhomes offering 3 and 4 bedroom plans. The homes are open concept and feature kitchens with a large island and ample cabinetry. Select homes include spacious family rooms as well as a dedicated laundry room. Every home has a side-by-side garage complete with a level two EV outlet.
