Burke Mountain Village will be a 39 acre Residential, Commercial and Social Hub for Burke Mountain, Coquitlam.  It will be a mix of residential dwellings including townhouses to mid and high-rise apartments condos. 120,000-square-feet of retail and commercial space is planned, with a grocery store, plus a large public plaza and Village Greenway.

Located east of Burke Mountain Creek and South of David Avenue, Burke Mountain Village will be surrounded by the natural landscape and beauty of Burke Mountain.

Burke Mountain Village will be designed to be easily accessible, and will encourage movement and interaction throughout. It will be both pedestrian and cyclist friendly with wide multi-use pathways with appealing designs and attractive streetscapes, and a combination of sloping pathways, stairs and ramps.

Burke Mountain Village will have its own Community Centre, Northeast Community Centre.  It is proposed to be a 7,430-square-metre (80,000-square-foot) 3 storey building with robust amenities. Included are an aquatic centre, gymnasium, fitness center, walking tracks, multi-purpose rooms, library, parks and more. The Northeast Community Centre is targeted to open in 2027.

Incorporated into the village will be shopping, recreation, urban living and public gathering spaces, making Burke Mountain Village the social hub of the neighbourhood.  Princeton Plaza will be at the centre of it, which will act as the prime gathering space, with a venue for daily enjoyment as well as larger, special events.
