Burke Mountain Real Estate Market Update
For the 3rd month in a row, it was a Sellers market for both Townhomes and Detached homes in Burke Mountain for December.Ā Snapstats reported a total of 15 properties selling.Ā Buyer momentum, which began picking up in November, continued on through December. We also saw inventory come off the market as many sellers removed their listing with plans to bring them back to the market in early 2025.

Burke Mountain Real Estate Market Update
For the 2nd month in a row, it was a Sellers market for both Townhomes and Detached homes in Burke Mountain for November 2024.Ā Snapstats reported a total of 20 properties selling. I was happy to have sellers for 25% of both the detached properties and the townhomes that sold, representing sellers for 5 of the 20 sales in November.

Burke Mountain Real Estate Market Update
For the first time since March of this year, it was a Sellers Market for both townhomes and detached homes in Burke Mountain for October with snap reporting a total of 31 property selling inventory was down about 10% from September but there still continues to be a good selection of properties for buyers the detached market again saw a nice increase in sales activity with more than double the sales that were reported for September.

It was a combination of both the Balanced Market and a Buyers Market in Burke Mountain last month with a total of 15 property selling. Inventory continues to be high providing a good selection of properties for bBuyers. The detached market is seeing a nice increase in sales activity. We saw a Balance Market for attached property sales and a Buyers Market for detached properties in Burke Mountain.

It was again a combination of both a Sellerās Market and Buyer’s Market in Burke Mountain last month with a total of 18 property selling. Inventory is still quite high, which provides a good selection of properties for Buyers.Ā Ā For the month of July, we again saw a Seller’s Market for attached property sales and a Buyer’s Market for detached properties in Burke Mountain.

Burke Mountain Real Estate Market Update
It was a combination of both the Seller’s Market and a Buyer’s Market in Burke Mountain last month with a total of 27 properties selling. Inventory is still quite high with 97 total listings as of July 10th which provides a good selection of inventory for Buyers. We saw a Seller’s Market for attached property sales and a Buyer’s Market for detach sales in Burke Mountain.

Burke Mountain Real Estate Market Update
It was a combination above the Seller’s Market and a Balanced Market in Burke Mountain last month with a total of 24 property selling. Inventory is that a record high as of June 14th and inventory is up by 8% from April 2024 with 108 total listings which provides a good selection of inventory for Buyers. We again saw a Seller’s Market for attached property sales and a Balanced Market for detach sales in Burke Mountain.

There was a change late in a month with Buyer activity slowing down. We saw a Seller’s Market for attached property sales and a Balanced Market for detached sales in Burke Mountain.

It was again a strong Seller’s Market in Burke Mountain last month with sales ratio. Some of the highest we have seen in years. We saw a Seller’s Market for both detached and attached property sales in Burke Mountain. Single-family homes had Snapstats reporting 11 sales and 35 sales reported for Burke Mountain townhomes.

Burke Mountain Real Estate Market Update
It was a strong sellers market in Burke Mountain last month with some of the highest sales numbers reported to MLS that weāve seen in over a year. We saw a Seller’s Market for both detached and attached property sales in Burke Mountain. Single-family homes had the MLS system reporting 6 sales and Townhomes switched from a Balanced Market to a Seller’s Market with 30 sales.

It was with the Seller’s and Balanced Market in Burke Mountain last month. We were seeing a combination of both a Seller’s Market and a Balanced Market for property sales in Burke Mountain. Single-family homes had Snapstats reporting five sales which created a Seller’s Market. Townhomes overall switched from a Seller’s Market to a Balanced Market with less sales than we have seen in the previous months.

Burke Mountain Real Estate Market Update
It was Seller’s Market in Burke Mountain, Coquitlam although detached homes were on the cusp of being a Balanced Market. Townhome sales overall remained strong.Ā There were six sales for single-family Burke Mountain Homes with 22% of inventory selling. For Burke Mountain Townhomes there were 15 sales and 38% of properties sold.

Last month was another Seller’s Market in Burke Mountain, Coquitlam. There were less sales and a lower percentage of properties selling for single-family homes. For Burke Mountain townhomes there was a lot of new inventory that came on the market, which was a result of several developers listing their presale properties for sale on MLS.Ā

It continued to be a Seller’s Market in Burke Mountain, Coquitlam we experienced busy open houses and Buyers being back in the market. For Burke Mountain single-family homes, there were 17 sales and 68% of properties sold.Ā For Burke Mountain Townhomes, there were 15 sales and 39% of properties sold making it a strong Seller’s Market.

Last month continued to be a Seller’s Market in Burke Mountain Coquitlam.Ā We experience busy open houses and Buyers being back in the market.Ā There were 6 sales for Burke Mountain single-family homes and 26% of properties sold.Ā For Burke Mountain Townhomes, there were 6 sales and 21% of properties sold.

Last month continue to be a sellers market in Burke Mountain, Coquitlam we experience busy open houses and buyers being back in the market.Ā There were 7 sales and 32% of property sold for Burke Mountain single-family homes. For Burke Mountain Townhomes there were 10 sales and 77% of property sold which is a very strong Seller’s Market.
